The Objective
GoFleet required a robust, all-in-one digital infrastructure to handle their expanding transport and fleet operations. The goal was to move away from fragmented systems and create a centralized custom SaaS platform that could serve administrators, drivers, and end-users seamlessly.
System Architecture & Features
- Corporate Website (www.gofleet.gr): A modern, responsive landing environment designed to convert visitors and present the brand’s services clearly.
- Core Web Application (app.gofleet.gr): The operational heart of the business. It features dedicated modules for detailed Fleet Management (vehicle tracking, maintenance, availability) and Transfer Management (routing, driver assignment, scheduling).
- Admin Portals (admin.gofleet.gr): A secure, multi-level backend giving the management team a bird’s-eye view of all operations, analytics, and user controls.
- Digital Marketplace (marketplace.gofleet.gr): A scalable marketplace environment built to facilitate B2B and B2C bookings, expanding GoFleet’s commercial reach.
The Result

GoFleet now operates on a custom-built architecture that minimizes manual data entry, prevents booking conflicts, and provides a flawless experience from the administrative dashboard right down to the end-customer’s screen.
